At World Rugby Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale equipment are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
